Indus's Approach to Outsourcing

Indus takes a comprehensive approach to negotiating and documenting an outsourcing arrangement. We work backward from the winding-down of the outsourcing relationship and the realization of objectives to assisting with legal aspects of the initial request for proposal. Indus's outsourcing team has the resources to support a "dual-track" negotiation in which the provider to offer the best terms is awarded the contract.
Our involvement in the outsourcing relationship often starts with the preparation of the requests for proposal and does not end with the signing of the contract. When asked, we work with you to respond to issues requiring interpretation of the contract and to strategize on how to resolve potential disputes.
